There is no chance of contracting HIV by getting a blowjob, regardless of the particulars.

what if blood or previous cum was contacted with the cut

I urge you to read the lessons on HIV transmission on these forums. No matter what sort of spin you put on it, you do not get HIV from getting head.
No matter what.
-
i did read it but do i need a an other test
-
i did read it but do i need a an other test
Based on the information you provided you were at no risk and did not even need the first test.
You certainly do not need another test.
-
i know slavia kills hiv what if her mouth was dry
-
testing is unnecessary for this, as you were never exposed to HIV.
-
her mouth was dry so its possible that hiv was able to survive
-
her mouth was dry so its possible that hiv was able to survive
is it possible
-
some one please respond
ann or andy i really need your help
-
Reread the replies already given. You don't get HIV from receiving a blowjob.
-
would a cut on a penis make difference
-
No, it would not make a difference.
-
OK, Scared. I want you to take a good deep and slow breath in right now. And then let it out slowly. And then do it a second time. I'm not kidding. Do it!
And do that everytime you find yourself tensing up again about this issue. (Or about anything else for that matter).
OK. Now to your concern.
Read this slowly and carefully: In the entire history of the HIV epidemic and uncounted billions of blowjobs later there has never been a documented case of transmission to someone who was getting blown. Never. Not one!
And that includes all the variations of sores on penises, nicks, bruises, rough sucking, bad oral health in the mouth of the person doing service and any other variations you and your mind can come up with. Infection just doesn't happen in that way.
There's no need for HIV testing in relation to this incident. Now, other STDs are much easier to transmit than HIV, so if you're sexually active we do recommend that you regularly have a full STD panel done -- at least annually and every six months is even better.
But as far as HIV is concerned you have no basis in HIV science to be concerned about this incident. If your mind says otherwise, well that's about feelings and not facts.
Cheers,
-
thanks
-
You're welcome.
And keep breathing.
-
I'm not sexually active and that was my first experience
So do i need a another hiv test
-
Quit posting and start reading the replies that you have been given. You were not at risk and you don't need a test.
-
thanks again
-
ANN, ANDY, RAPIDROD and everybody have you ever seen a 6week test to go on positive at 13week with 3rd generation elsa testing
-
Scared lets stay focused on your risk. You didnt have one. So you are going to test negative from now till the cows come home over this incident.
-
scared1111, do not post your questions or concerns in other people's threads. Keep your questions in your own and quit highjacking others.
-
scared,
I deleted the question (the same one you asked here) that you posted in other people's threads. Please keep all your additional thoughts or questions in THIS thread only. Thank you for your cooperation.
Ann

ANN have you ever seen anybody test at 6week negative and then tested positive at 13week with 3rd generation elisa test
-
scared,
No, actually I haven't.
You didn't have a risk. You asked in a PM (which as you have been told you aren't supposed to do...)
what do u think about dry mouth when there is no saliva to neturlize the virus is this possible for the cum of her previous client to survive in her mouth
The answer is this is NOT a risk. Even when a person has a "dry" mouth, there is still saliva present. The mouth is a VERY inhospitable place for hiv to be and it will very quickly become damaged and unable to infect.
There are thousands of people getting blowjobs every hour of every day and some of these people will be getting them after someone else. NOT ONE person has EVER become infected through getting their dick sucked and you will NOT be the first. You aren't going to make history, no matter what sort of spin you can think of to put on your blowjob. It wasn't a risk for hiv infection. No way, no how, no risk.
Ann

i am so sorry about the pm i won't do it again it frustration that was getting to me.
i'm not sexuallu active do i need another test for the last time please
-
scared,
No, you do not need further testing at this point in your life. You are hiv negative.
Here's what you need to know for when you DO become more sexually active:
You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL STIs together. To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with a sexually transmitted infection. Sex with a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.
Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.
Anyone who is sexually active (in your case, when you become sexually active...) should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.
As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results. Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv.
You do NOT need to test again over this blowjob incident. You are hiv negative. Follow the suggestions above and you will remain hiv negative. Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple.

do you think 6week test result will change
-
What are you looking for, a miracle? You didn't have a risk. Of course it's not going to change.
-
ann or andy have you ever seen someone test positive by 6 week with 3rd generation elisa test
-
scared,
I fail to see what your question has to do with your personal circumstances.
You did NOT have a risk for hiv infection. You got your dick sucked and not one person EVER has become infected this way.
You also have a negative result. This means you are hiv negative, period, end of story.
No risk, negative hiv test result. There's nothing more we can do for you here.
If you'd bother to read the Welcome thread like you're supposed to, you would have seen the following:
Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusive negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to a four week Time Out (a temporary ban from the Forums). The purpose of a Time Out is to encourage you to seek the face-to-face help we cannot provide on this forum.
Please consider yourself warned.

a different question then do anybody needs to worry if they never had penetraative anal or vaginal sex
-
scared,
In a nutshell, no.
The other big risk is sharing street drug injecting equipment.
The rare person might become infected through GIVING a blowjob, but this is quite rare in the larger scheme of things.
Ann
-
Ann and Andy for your last advice. something is still bothering me that I'm not circumcised and the rash i had on my torso. before the rash i also visited the beach for the first time in my life. I'm almost to 95% comfoe rt level.
-
scared,
You being uncircumcised has nothing to do with the fact that getting a blowjob is NOT a risk for hiv infection. It doesn't matter what sort of details you want to add, getting a blowjob is still not a risk.
As for the rash, how could it be hiv-related when you didn't have a risk of infection? It couldn't.
Ann
-
hi Ann I'm scared because you said the word it couldn't
-
what do you mean by that
-
scared,
I meant that your rash could not possibly have anything to do with hiv because you have NOT had a risk for hiv infection. Something other than hiv is causing your rash.
Go ask your doctor what is causing your rash.
You didn't have a risk for hiv infection. Getting your dick sucked will NOT result in you becoming infected with hiv. Not one person has ever become infected this way and you will NOT be the first.
Ann
-
OK, Scared.
We get that you are making yourself totally nutz over something that was not in any way a risk for HIV.
You've been told that repeatedly.
Then you come up with "just one more" question as if nothing has been said to you previously.
How many ways do you need to read "NO RISK"? And now you're picking Ann's words apart.
Becoming sexually active is exciting and it also can stir up a lot of anxiety as apparently is the case with you. This is not an HIV situation. It's all about feelings and has nothing to do with real HIV risk.
So you need to stop with this endless questioning. If you can't get past your anxiety then take your rash to a doctor and see a counselor or other mental health professional to discuss your totally unwarranted fears.
NO RISK NO HIV RISK NO RISK. End of story.
-
ann or andy one last question and its a simple one
so can i move on with my life
-
Andy and Ann please reply
question is can i move on with my life
-
Are you having a difficult time reading and comprehending? Andy answer your question. It's time for you to move on.
-
scared,
Once again, as the others have told you, you didn't have a risk in this instance and YES, it is time for you to move on, making sure you use condoms for intercourse in future.
Although you do NOT need to test over a blowjob, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.
If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results. Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv.

hi ann you said that by next year the 3 month widow period would ended to 6 week and is that for the 3rd genetration elisa test also.
-
hi andy i been reading the i just tested positive for my rash
-
hi ann you said that by next year the 3 month widow period would ended to 6 week and is that for the 3rd genetration elisa test also.
Scared,
I never said anything of the sort. I said I expect the window period to fall sometime in the next several years, not next year. Until such time, the window period remains at three months, no matter what generation or type of antibody test is used.

ANN ANDY and HIV WORKER can you tell me what if there is no saliva in her mouth and does oxygen kills hiv please give me scientific answer
how long can hiv survive in oxygen
what is the risk from dry mouth
please answer this simple question
-
scared,
Hiv is very fragile. The membrane that surrounds it becomes damaged very quickly by changes in temperature, moisture content and/or pH levels. When hiv becomes damaged, it CANNOT infect.
As you have been told repeatedly, getting a blowjob is NOT a risk for hiv infection, no matter what sort of spin you can think of to put on it. You weren't at risk through a blowjob.
If you read the Welcome thread like you're supposed to, you would have read this:
Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusive negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to a four week Time Out (a temporary ban from the Forums). The purpose of a Time Out is to encourage you to seek the face-to-face help we cannot provide on this forum.

you are the boss and I will tell my mind to move on
-
When you mutual materbation and you use other person fluid as your lube like there cum or vaginal fulid and the fluid ggets under your foreskin can this be a risk
-
Re-read Ann's comments above about the fragility of HIV.
Mutual masturbation is NOT a risk for transmission. There are no confirmed cases of transmission in this manner. You won't make history by becoming the first.
You need to get on with your life.
-
I'm sorry that I'm back
i have one more question on my 6 week test
do you think if got a false positive or undetermined test and nurse would have told me that its negative
CAN THEY REALLY DO THIS
-
Scared, reread your post and see how stupid it sounds. You didn't have a risk, move on.
-
Andy I'm stuck because its rash i had on my torso so please answer those question
i beg you

ann please answer
-
please answer ANN RAPIDROD
-
scared,
If your test wasn't negative, they wouldn't have told you it was negative. They are in the business of diagnosing hiv, not ignoring it.
You didn't have a risk and it's no surprise that you tested negative. You don't have hiv and you do not need further testing.
And PS - learn some patience!
Ann
-
ANN
if my symptoms were and my was due to hiv then would have tested positive right
-
Well guess what? Your symptoms weren't related to HIV. You didn't have a risk and you have received a negative result which proves it.
-
rapidrod i know what you are saying but can someone please answer the question above
-
scared,
I see no point in continuing on with this. You aren't listening to a single thing we say. You didn't have a risk. An itchy rash has nothing to do with hiv. You tested negative. You ARE hiv negative. You do not have hiv.
I'm giving you that four week time out you've been repeatedly warned about. This is to encourage you to seek some face-to-face counseling to learn how to deal with your anxiety. We cannot help you with that here.
Do not create a new account to get around your time out because if you do, I will know and you will be banned permanently, no questions asked.
Ann
