Actually the way I look at it is that the 3 months ago numbers were outside of your real situation, looking at the numbers in your sig line.  So in reality they're quite stable (and even on the high side of the set of "300-ish" numbers), though still within the area one might consider beginning treatment.  Hard call.

Sorry that you are feeling disappointed with your numbers. I get that way too when mine go down. Maybe it's a blip and they will be better next time. I thought I was gonna have to start meds months ago when my cd4 dropped to 261 but it has since rebounded to 340...And if you do have to start meds, you know what to look out for from some of the previous threads. No worries... ;D

ya need some comfort? I'm here  ;D

I would be a bit disappointed too like I was when I got my last numbers, but this lasted a few days and I forgot about it. Your numbers are actually stable as Philly says, the % is a bit lower but still good :)

I'm still jealous of your VL...  :P

Hi there.... keep in mind the CD4 is almost 400, and i know (we all know) that you would want to see the trends for all three variables. Your VL continues to be great. Don't be down.

buenas suerte
