Hey, Andy:

Is that you who is quoted in the May "Vanity Fair" article on Judy's 1961 Carnegie Hall concert?  The "Andrew Velez" who talks about her 1959 concert at the old Metropolitan Opera House?  Wow.  If so, were you also there for the Carnegie Hall event?

Yah, you got me.

We were in the first row of the orchestra for the Carnegie concert.

My ticket stubs were scanned for the first page of the article.

Nowadays so much that is turned out is just more hype, but I can tell you that it was an amazing and wonderfully unforgettable night.
