Home again
« on: August 15, 2009, 02:45:13 pm »
I made it home about an hour ago. I am somewhat tired from traveling, but fine.

I so enjoyed seeing all of you I've met before and meeting the new people too! It seemed like that week just flew by and before you knew it, we were saying goodbye again.

Boston was a great deal of fun, the hotel was great, and very centrally located. Dennis did his usual great job. The entire time was just fantastic.

I am now going to do a mountain of laundry and try to salvage my garden.

HUGS,

Mark

Hi Mark,

As always, it was good to see you.  It sounds like your train ride was fun but long.  Until next year, take care of you and that garden!

hi mark

It was so good to see you again.  Your smile is just so infectous.  Now  you mentioned the Chicago trucker on your way out.  Who did  you meet on your way home?  Care to share?

I know what you mean about the garden.  It's taken a couple of days to get my garden back into shape.

Mark,

It was great meeting you, and being able to hang out with you.  I hope you've gotten that- see the country by rail- thing out of your system, and make things easier on yourself and fly next year!

Good luck with the gardening~

Hi Mark

I don't know how you were able to make that journey.  I think I would have gone crazy (ier) after about the first day.   ::)

But I suspect you've got memories that will stay with you the rest of your life.  (And if you have any um er special details you would like to share, please do.   ;)

See you next time sweet guy.

Mark, glad you made it home safe and sound.  I can't believe you made that journey by AmTrack - you are a trooper.  As always, I so enjoyed spending time with you.  Your laugh, smile, and overall positive attitude always brighten my day.

See you next year!

Hi Mark,
Maybe if we can p u r s u a d e  the rest of the crowd, we can see each other again next year in Vegas.

Sorry I missed you guys this year, but flying is never going to be in the cards for me again.

That would be great!

By the way, did you know you can get train legs? They are just like sea legs. I swear I still feel the ground move and I am rocking back and forth all the time.
