For those with Diabetes...
« on: August 22, 2007, 09:12:45 am »
Hello,

I am not sure what forum to post this in, so if the moderators want to move, please feel free to do so.

A couple of months ago, I downloaded a free software program, know as "Health Diabetes Version 3.0.272". Although I am not a diabetic, I am still finding this  free program very helpful. It does not "dial home" and contains no spyware or malware. One other person that I work with, has also downloaded this program( who is diabetic) and they really like this program, so some of you that are diabetic, May find this program very useful. Once again it's free, and easy to install.

"Health is a software application designed for people with Diabetes and/or Hepertension (High Blood Pressure). Health records and graphs your Blood Glucose, Blood Pressure (Systolic, Diastolic, and Pulse), Weight, Temperature, A1c Test, Cholesterol, Supplements, Medications Schedule, Questions for the Doctor, Bowel Movement, Medical Team, Meal Plan, and Pain values. The data can be viewed in a line or bar graph. The software contains an array of statistics.

To understand more about this software, click below. it will give an explanation of the different modules that are offered. Toward the bottom of the page are "screenshots" so you can see what the modules look like, and the information that you can place in there. Slightly below the "screenshot, is the site from which you can download it from. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. Once again, it installs very easily. I like it, and find it useful. I discovered this, through one of my other forums, that I belong to.

Hi Ray~

Thanks for the post.  I'll look into this as I have had diabetes since age 11, and have been on insulin since then.  Damn A1C's, lol!
