where is the cold?
have you seen a doctor about it?
if its a head cold you might have infected sinuses...
if its a chest cold - do you smoke?

I'm seeing my Doctor Friday, It seems to be a head cold which is very slowly going, just hard to shift, I don't drink or smoke ;-)  I've just come back from Australia, so might be change in weather or something like that, Thanks again

Hi and welcome and congrats on your great CD numbers.

Colds can and do go on for 2 to 4 weeks , if you have HIV or not.

I am presuming you came back from Oz on an airplane , the best way to get a darn good anything , all the air getting blown around a thin metal tube for a day, If the flight is over 2 hours I can expect a bug.

If you have recently been diagnosed I guess that like most off us you are very conscious off any health event. The only thing I know about wheatgrass is it tastes foul.
