If you're really really really bored - youtube
« on: August 28, 2006, 06:57:45 am »
I put up some 8mm converted to video high school movie contest films we made way back in 1969-1972. These were really dumb and the sound is sometimes out of sync. My favorite was one we did, a spoof on star trek called 'Up Uranus". Its uploaded in three parts. THen we had one called "the edge of sofa", a soap opera spoof. We made and entered one each high school year in the school 8mm movie contest. We tried to add sound by using the old reel to reel tape recorders. It never quite worked like we planned.
They were really dumb but we had a lot of fun making them, and showing them at the yearly film contest.
