Awesome Weekend News

I am sooooo soooo excited with the latest results i believe this will be my 3 rd Quarter Results.  I have decreased my cholesterol levels and its all below average... That had me worried originally so no Cholestrerol meds YEAH ME  :P  I am officially UD less then 20 CD4% shot back up 41% CD4 count is at 610..  Can it get any better.. lol lol I am definitely on cloud nine on this...  Now I have to remember what i did and continue on that path  ;D.  What a way to start the weekend..  Sorry all its still new to me and its always great to have awesome news  ;D

Diagnosed in  May of 2010 with teh AIDS.

PCP Pneumonia . CD4 8 . VL 500,000

TRIUMEQ - VALTREX -  FLUOXETINE - FENOFIBRATE - PRAVASTATIN - CIALIS


Numbers consistent since 12/2010 - VL has remained undetectable and CD4 is anywhere from 275-325

BTW what did you do special to reduce your cholesterol.  I am with high cholesterol since I start meds.

Thank you everyone i will definitely mantain... Mentok its been a combination of alot of things diet change, fish oil, regular exercise, and most importantly learning to cope with stress.. I cook with olive oil all the time slowly increased my fiber intake keeping hydrated... Whats been pretty much discussed here on this ste...
