Travelling to United States for a month

I would be travelling to USA this month for 3 - 4 weeks. I plan to carry my ARV medicines with doctor's prescription in my hand baggage. Other than ARV, i do not take any other medication. In addition, I would have travel and medical insurance.
Do I need to worry about anything else? Just to add, this is my first visit to USA after getting diagnosed with HIV

I've never had any problems, my next trip over to the US is next week Sunday - Friday, in Florida. I always carry a months worth just encase I stay unforseen longer

I carry my meds in hand luggage, never any issues.
Enjoy your trip. Is it work or pleasure??

it's a good time to come to NC. No hurricanes are around right now, and the temperature is finally cooling down some. Enjoy your trip!

hurricanes, floods, snowstorms, and even earthquakes and volcanoes (very unpredictable situations) can interrupt air travel so it's always important to take at least several days (if not more) extra meds just in case the unforseen happens.

I don't think you will have any issues,but as everyone says above do take spare meds just in case.
Other than that,do have fun. 😊
Personally,i'd go to area 51 to see them aliens haha 👽👽👽

Today January 20, 2020, I have taken 2378 pills of my ARV since first pill. This means 79 bottles of 30 pills of ARVs at an average of $3950 per bottle or $313,103 USD for my treatment. I have a compliance of 99.83% taking my meds and only .17% (or 4 pills) non-compliant. Of these four pills two I forgot completely, One I lost and one I didn't have with me while traveling! I became UD 3 months after treatment start   ***We are all dealing with this. And we will live long and productive lives!! AND, yes the Lord is my shepherd. Life is good... And thanks for the meds! ***

I wouldn't expect any issue from customs.  Shame you are not coming in late spring or early summer.  The east coast looks it's best when everything is green.

Thanks everyone for your help. My entry to USA was non eventful. These guys were more concerned about the pack of biscuit left in my bag than my ARV medicines 😂. Had a pretty nice time. Met an old friend after years. Would be leaving coming weekend.
