Title: Stats in posts

I see some posts have the persons timeline at the bottom of their post ie: dx date tell counts date starting meds, continued listings showing improvements. Is there a place where I can plug that info in, or is this added in their signature section?

As shown in picture, while logged in, click on profile, then down to Forum Profile (Click) then scroll down and you will see where it can be added
