Positive july 8th

A lil over a month ago i tested positve. My VL was 3MILLION 400thousand (3,400,000) and my CD4 was 343. I was sooooo scareeeedd. BUT now im doing well and super happy with life besides the usual shit that i go thru. I got my new results today and Now my VL is 253 and CD4 620. I feel really healthy and ready to face new challenges! Thanks to all in this forum for the support and information!

Congrats on the improvement, yr numbers are very good.

Wish I can have numbers like that in 3-5 years :)

Congratulations! I am pretty in the same situation as i tested positive one month ago (mid July 2013) and had 381 CD4, how did you improve your CD4 so fast? Are you already on HAART?

Congrats.  Also had a hell of turnaround.  Numbers listed below

I only post because sometimes when I would come onto the boards I would like to read successes and positive messages which gave me hope when I doubted things
5/25/2013 - tested positive ora quick
6/09/2013 - confirmed positive at clinic
7/02/2013 - cd4-5. Vl 3,896,558
8/19/2013 - cd4-501. Vl 4586

Thanks guys! Yes the positive stories do help and Im glad to share mine! I was started on meds at my first HIV specialist appt. on July 22nd. Im on Truvada, Norvir, and Darunavir.
