I have made a stupid mistake in my life.
Two and half  (2 1/2) months back I received Unprotected Blowjob from Nigerian Prostitute for like 10 -12 minutes (Continues until i ejaculate in her mouth)
She was Negative at one week after exposure but found POSITIVE when re tested at 8 weeks.
That means when she gave me blowjob , that time she was Infected and her Viral load must be high.
Because i had consumed lot of alcohol , i did not noticed her mouth for blood .
Since She is Positive now, I am very much afraid.
Please let me know my risk.
I was tested  Negative at same time (8 weeks)  but because i was on PEP (which was given to me after 8 days of exposure) doctor told me to wait for another 2-3 months for my conclusive test.
Please tell me my chances of HIV because my wife is coming to Nigeria next week to stay with me (From India)
I don't want to pass virus to my wife because  I have small son of 1 year and if i pass this to her nobody will be there to take care of him.

Your situation was NO RISK for HIV.

Even a very high viral load cannot overcome the defenses in saliva, which render HIV inert.

No one has ever been documented to have gotten HIV from receiving a blowjob. Not in the entire thirty-three years of study. You will not be the first.

Wear a condom for penetrative vaginal and anal sex and you will avoid HIV. It is truly that simple.

You absolutely DO NOT NEED TO TEST over this incident.

You will not transmit HIV to your wife if you have unprotected sex with her - you did not have a risk.

Under no circumstances would you be putting your child at any risk from HIV. Not only do you NOT have it, but even if you DID you would need to have unprotected sex with your child to infect him. I'm pretty sure that's not going to happen in any case, but even if it did, you had no risk.

Not certain how much plainer this can be stated.

But after reading your below reply I wondered what kind of thinking you have...Can a father will ever have a sex with his own child??? I  wanted advice from you guys because I dont want to infect my wife. If I infect my wife then both of us will die and NOBODY will be there to take care of my small child. That is what i meant to say..

Being a parent you can understand my feelings
If you would be in my shoes then what you would have done?
You would have continued unprotected sex with your partner???

In India HIV is still a death statement
Our society is still that narrow minded that most of the infected peoples commits suicide instead of facing society if they are infected by HIV.

Hope you can understand my feelings and advice me if i have to avoid unprotected sex with my wife.

We always base our risk assessments on the assumption that the other person is hiv positive.

Getting a blowjob is absolutely NOT a risk for hiv infection, regardless of the other person's viral load.

As for your worries about blood in her mouth, unless you're in the habit of repeatedly punching a person in the mouth before they blow you, there could not possibly be enough blood present to cause concern.

Not one person has EVER been infected through getting a blowjob and you are not going to be the first.

If you cannot bring yourself to believe us that you had NO RISK, go test, collect your negative result and move on with your life. Be aware that the vast majority of people who have actually been infected will seroconvert and test positive by six weeks, so a test now would put your mind at rest.

And peace of mind is the ONLY reason why you would need to test over this NO RISK blowjob.

It seems to me that this worry is more about your wife finding out about your outside-of-marriage blowjob than anything else. Dump the guilt overboard and listen to the science of hiv transmission. Science that says you did NOT have a risk.

Yes, if I were in your position, I WOULD have unprotected sex with my spouse following a NO RISK blowjob.
