1st nite on atripla
« on: February 12, 2010, 11:05:05 am »
I recieved my meds yesterday..I found a hard time makiing up my mind on whether id start at the beginning of the weekend or week.  I woke up this morning feeling as though i'd been drunk the night before.  Ive felt that plenty times in my life, so not much concern there!!  Couldnt really sleep well last night (i was kinda hot all night)..then  to my surprise, i get up & its snowing (....1st time for everything).  Hopefully ill have mild side effects until i get completely used to this medicine.

hey iking, now you're on your way!! my side effects were mild, like I believe most people's are. I didn't sleep too well first few nights, but I think it was just nervous and waiting for something, don't know what, to happen!!! Anyway, after a few weeks even the morning foghead is pretty well forgotten. Best of all, it gets great results...just had my 6 week check and I'm very happy.  Good luck to you, sure you'll do just fine. esper

Hi iking.  I'm glad everything is going ok for you.  I just started atripla tuesday night (was supposed to start sunday but chickened out.. lol).  I haven't had ANY side effects.  I keep thinking they will randomly appear though.  I take the pill then lay awake in fear for about 40 minutes expecting the room to start spinning and it never does.  I can't wait to get my next numbers.. hopefully this drug works for all of us.
