hiv transmission risk with undetectable viral load

Hi Guys,
           First of all can I thank you for the support you provide to people in this forum.
 Ive been on meds for 2.5 years now my viral load went from  circa 30,000  to undetectable within 6 weeks and has remained undetectable. Iam on truvada, ritonavir and atazanavir and never miss a dose might take it an hour or hour and a half after scheduled time but my doc assures me this is fine.
My boyfriend preformed oral on me the other day and this has left me worried. I did not ejaculate. Ive read that the risk to him is zero is this correct? Also I have no other sti's
 Any input on this is much appreciated

With you having an undetectable viral load for so long and no other STIs, then yes, the risk is as close to zero as one can possibly get. You are highly unlikely to transmit your virus during oral and not only because of your UD VL, but also because saliva contains over a dozen different proteins and enzymes that damage hiv and render it unable to infect.

Hiv infection through the oral route is very rare and mainly seems to happen if the person being blown has a very, very high viral load (and probably doesn't even know he's poz) and the one doing the blowing has very poor oral health.

So yeah, relax.
