Happy Litha
« on: June 20, 2006, 03:11:10 pm »
Dear Forum Friends,

Tomorrow is Summer Solstice aka Litha or St. John's Day.  Celebration starts tonight with bonfires and the blessings of the Goddess to honor  our animals and pets.

Checking the almanac (Pacific time) for tomorrow:

Moon square Saturn     7:12 AM
Moon opposite Jupiter  7:31 AM
Moon square Mars       10:15 AM
Moon sextile Uranus      4:58 PM

Jupiter and Uranus are both in Retrograde, it is best to not get out of bed until 4:58 PM.

Salt and Sea, of Ill stay free
Fire and Air, draw all that is fair
Round and Round the Circle is bound
Round and Round the Circle is bound
By the powers of three times three, with Harm to None
So mote it be.

Blessed Be

Oh great, that means parking at work is going to be a bitch today. And it's gonna be 100 outside.

Happy Friggin' Litha, indeed.

Take care,
John

Dear John,

I have always wanted to write a Dear John letter  :).  Take some Sandlewood to the parking lot as an offering to the Parking Lot Goddess.  You can always sharpen it and flatten some tires.  With Harm to None, So shall it be.  Have the best day
Michael
