HAART Provides Added Benefit Against Hep B

People on HIV meds with an UD viral load were 80% less likely to be infected with Hep B, than those not on meds and even those on meds, but with a detectable viral load.  It would be nice if there was also protection against Hep C.

And ... Truvada can put chronic Hep B into remission . I was a carrier for Hep B and after a year on truvada I am undetectable for the the virus and have been for a decade or more.
