Hi everybody,
It's been a long time since I posted. I haven't been on the forum or FB for a while until recently. So I am concerned, but not nervous. This is the first time a lot of new things are high or low.
First, my triglycerides and cholesterol are 50-60 points above normal. I would say this is from Remeron. My psychiatrist took me off of zoloft and put me on this. It's working better than anything I've tried so I will talk to him about this.
Most or all are related to kidneys:
Calcium is .1 higher
eGFR is two numbers lower
Creatine is 14 points higher
What nutritional advice can anyone give me?
Also, I do exercise daily or try to walk at least a mile a day.
Thank you,
Cams

Is my post in the right place?

Yeah.
I mean the values are only slightly off range.
Is this just from 1 lab result or a couple over the span of 6 months/1 year? I would not go changing diets or messing about over slightly off values on 1 set of labs you see.
I would wait see how it settles and if not consult the doctor.

This is my my last one taken right after Thanksgiving. It was the first time my numbers had changed. Thanks, makes me feel better.

You're welcome, glad you feel more relaxed.
Thanksgiving
;D
That would do it lol. If it was me I would just wait and see what the next results are like and if they have leveled out again.

I’m going on my 13th year and I wait on hearing or reading bloodwork. Yes you have quelled my concerns.
