My horoscope said today's my lucky day. I went to get my car sharing and the economy unavailable, they gave me a red, fast alpha romeo 159 gratis.  Category: "fashion" car.  hehe
So i was doing my mundane errands but listening to Madonna in my Alpha.
I passed a really sexy young guy, he just reeked of sex all over his face and body, and his body was not gym toned - just natural.  Then i passed a guy leaving work, late 20's, nice curly hair, beard, so masculine.

So I thought about Jesus and decided, you know, hes so pretty but its kinda really "1st degree" - not very interesting -- that Madonna wanted a guy like that - in the end, he doesn't smell of sex, or virility, he perfect and charming and well kind of a wussy.  Bravo all the same if there's real fire between them.   

I say Demi did  A LOT better in her choice than Madonna.   Ashton is a goofy and natural looking young beauty.  He's also his own man, his own talent.

She was/is definitely clever; maybe too much for the mainstream (and perhaps too in your face).  I guess she is also a bit too abrasive to maintain a record deal that a label would be willing to promote.  I have her 2007 'Everything Bad and Beautiful' and it was quite good.  I've yet to get my hands on 'Whatever It Takes' (released a few weeks ago); it is supposed to have some good afro/latin influences.

I wonder if she and Ms. Ciccone are still close friends.
