New Condom Design
« on: April 08, 2013, 04:44:51 pm »
The creator and founder says he began looking for a different design, after he says he was infected with HIV in 1993 from a condom break.  If a better condom could be developed that gave you more sensitivity and was stronger, then that would be a good thing.

Of course, raw feels better than wrapped.  However, I've known so many guys, who couldn't last 5 minutes with a condom on.  I have thought condom performance issues were psychological, for some, but also due to not wearing the right size.  Many buy the regular size, when they need a larger size, that won't cut off circulation.

So, what do you think?  It looks like those hard plastic, flexible straws, to me.  Perhaps those ridges would feel so good, that people would prefer them over going bareback.  Although, I know the urge to bareback is more than just not liking condoms or being self-destructive.  We are programmed to want sex raw.  On a side note, I could see an issue for those who weren't cleaned out well, with this design.

There is a video demonstration at the bottom of the article.  I just read 3 out of 4 people with HIV in Philadelphia are dx'd with having AIDS.  That is alarming.  Perhaps a new condom design could become fashionable, while also giving more pleasure?

This probably deserves a thread all its own.

Looks like a "fancy" femidom to me.
Go to any condom boutique or good sex shop and theres a huge choice of "old-fashioned" condoms.  Just get the right size and thinness that makes it all feel pretty much fine.
But if this accordion reinvents the wheel, OK, I'll take some free samples, please.....

That looks weird and my first thought is that it's just not right. The video is interesting though and goes someway to allay the feelings of not rightness. I'd give it a go.
