Laws of attraction

It's been about 7 years pos.   Been to the gates of Hell and back (as have most).  Lately I really don't care about my diagnosis at all.  It is what it is.  Take my pills but otherwise carry on as normal (including my wine habit).  I know I'm lucky to have been born of this era where this is possible, I am grateful to those who have battled before me.  I am grateful for today and for tomorrow. 

To those struggling please try the Laws of Attraction (google it).  It's helped me immensely to just stop.  Stop and be thankful, stop and be grateful, stop and stand still.  Thank the Universe for your mere existence and it will reward you back.

I hope it helps others as much as it's helped me.  Every night before you go to sleep think of something you're thankful you're grateful for, something the universe has given you.  In time you'll start waking up thankful, and grateful.
