Festival
« on: September 19, 2006, 01:40:19 pm »
Check out the dog on this site named Festival. We met her last night and if she is still there on Thursday then we are going to adopt her. The shelter was closing last night when we were there and tonight my other half bowls. Tomorrow the shelter is closed so if she's still available on Thursday then she might be coming home with us. She's a total lab, full of energy. My fingers are crossed. I'll let you know on Friday if we have a new addition to the family. If we get her we are going to call her Jessie

Wow Jeff...what a gorgeous girl!

I really hope she is still there when you go to get her.

Your family will then have 5 members with their names starting with the letter J  :D

SHe is a doll, jeff.  Home it works out.

Michael (my partner) and I took out chocolate lab in last week to get her "fixed".  When we picked her up the next day, there were two lab/roitweiler puppies in the lobby with their owner.  These were the last of 7.  Michael said he would take one (the owner kept the other for herself).  I thought it ironic, we take BOo BOo in to get "fixed" and we still end up with a puppy.

One step closer. Today a volunteer from the shelter called just to tell us Festival (aka Jessie) was not adopted yesterday. So tonight the shelter is closed and tomorrow we will take our dogs to meet her and if everything is good then I think we will be bringing her home. I hope to be posting pics real soon.  :)
