Hey Eric,

Some friends and I did the loop last weekend, Aztec to Silverton, to see the aspens in their fall color.

They are probably bare now, but I took some photos I hope came out.

You just reminded to go pick them up.  If any of them are any good, I'll post them.

HUGS,

Mark

Isn't that snow wonderful! I hope your sister liked it Eric.

I just took my daughter and her friend over Trail Ridge Road and through Rocky Mountain National Park. We were hoping to see moose, but you all know how that goes! Elk and deer everywhere and even some buffalo around the Grand Lake/Granby area, but not one moose to be seen.

I wish we could some how get the cold and snow from the mountains down into Denver. 80+ degrees in October is nuts!

Eric, was your sister wearing boots or was she in sandals and wool socks like my daughter? Kids!

I think it's time for me to head West... I loved Colorado and Wyoming when I went out there.

Yesterday it was close to 90F outside.

Yah... no luck of snow here :(

I'm glad your sister had a good time with you :)

I promise myself that I will rekindle my love with winter..  Be romantic by the fireplace and get up on the hill more often than I did last year.   It was hard last year this time just getting out of bed and facing challenges that lie ahead...  I pray that everyone has a wonderful fall and nice and toasty winter.... ;)
