Frustrated

I am currently waiting for answers.  Two weekends ago I was raped twice.  Truthfully I was not even sure it was rape when it happened.  I don't want to get into the nitty gritty of the situation, but I will give a general overview. 

The guy I was dating (I had only been with him for about a week, but we had chatted for about a month before meeting), had a different view about condoms.  I wanted to use condoms all the time, and he never did.  In fact before seeing him that weekend I had written a text to him stating we were going to still use condoms, to which he replied "well there is nothing I can do about that is there."

The first time it happened we were making out and it was getting hot and heavy.  I pushed him away and said to reach into my bag and get a condom.  He sits up and says he has a big surprise for me, and he starts to finger me.  Then he suddenly sticks in his penis, and I just looked at him in shock as he rubs it back and forth.  He then asked me if he could cum in me, and again I told him "No" and that I wanted to use a condom.  He just laughs and replies that he just cummed in me anyways.


I was unable to get away from him the next day.  I was supposed to catch the train home, but do to other factors I did not make the train.  So I went to the bed room and pretended to be sleeping.  Well I was terrified and scared (again I don't want to explain the whole situation at this point), so he comes in the bedroom, and even though he thought I was still asleep, he put me on top of him and did his thing. 

When i got home I called the hospital and they said that what he did both times was rape.  As although I gave my consent to sex, I made it clear there was to be no sex if there was not a condom used.  The second time it was rape, b3because you can't just go and have sex with a sleeping person (even one who is pretending to sleep), without consent.

The police are involved now. And I have done the first series in what ill be at about sex months worth of tests to rule out all sexual diseases.  I am so frustrated because I have always practiced safe sex AND I have always been so careful. 

There is even more to the story, but I will stop writing for now as it is exhausting just getting it all out.

You have had a risk for hiv and other STIs and you do need to test.

The window period for hiv testing is three months, not six. The only other STI that shares this lengthy testing window period is syphilis, which is also three months. NOT SIX.

You can test for most of the other, more easily transmitted infections at a ten days to two weeks, or sooner if any symptoms occur such as a discharge from your genitals.

You were indeed raped both times - no means no - and my heart goes out to you. However, you still need to abide by the rules of this forum. Thank you for your cooperation.
