Believe it or not when Anji/Angie passed away the New York Times did an entire above the fold write up on the front of the Style section. This was 1993 and mere months before my own diagnosis. Sadly in the last months before she passed away the hormones she'd always taken made her legs bloat up something bad, and though she didn't go out much that last year I recall her bravely setting foot in the Factory all bloated and queens propping her legs up on those old large 3 ft. high ash trays in the lounge.

Then Dani Xtrava became the mother of the house, and my roommate did a series of portraits of him and I have one here in my apartment. Oh, and I also have this large, very old, portrait of Angie. It's "technically" on loan from Jose aka Madonna Dancer but he's too sketch to every pick up the entire portfolio of Xtrava archival photos that are in my possession so I might as well get this professionally framed, don't you think? (ps: I just know you're living that I have this!)

It's a decent size too -- 20" x 16". You'd love the picture of Dani too, plus it was taken at Sound Factory.
