I am back

Hi to all and firstly Happy new year to you all so glad to be back and for things to get back to normal again. Had a fantastic holiday without the family and their ignorant ways. Also awaiting my labs will have it by the 16th and must say I am nervous in a big way not that i need to be since i am taking care of my body and myself. In the beginning of my holiday I lost a few kilograms and from last week to know have gained 4 kg's feels awesome and it is without any form of steroids only supplements and vitamins.

I wish you all the best for 2007 and that your dreams becomes your reality of your life.

Its about time you checked in!!!  I am glad you are ok. And I am glad you are not taking steroids for weight gain or muscle mass. Nothing beats the slow and steady approach of diet and exercise.
