Hi Keven,
I work at the CARE Program at St. Mary Medical Center in Long Beach and I also facilitate a newly diagnosed group at The Center-Long Beach. I've but together a packet for newly diagnosed people. It's also helpful for those who have been living with HIV for a while and are new to the area. It lists all the infectious disease specialists in town for those with private insurance, all the HIV clinics, getting help paying for your meds, local support groups, and more.
