HIV+ and on meds, unprotected sex with HIV+ who is NOT on meds

I couldn't find a reliable info on that.

Hypothetically speaking, if an HIV+ on meds gets infected (or reinfected) with HIV from an HIV+ who is NOT on meds what would happen to the first person?

Why the interest? Have you gone off your meds?
Look hypothetically speaking, acquiring drug resistance is the risk from reinfection.

Superinfection - reinfection - Dual infection of whatever you term it highly rare to start with at best and doubted by some. Your own treatment would also be working as PrEP to prevent infection.

Ill just say as a reminder of course to use condoms to reduce your risks from other easier to acquire STI's and to be testing at least yearly.
