Is it possible?
« on: April 30, 2024, 01:23:27 pm »
I am sorry about asking this if it is not possible to transmit this way, I know you guys answer lot of silly questions like this. I am a 18yo virgin male who didnt even had a single girlfriend. So a female college friend of my sister came to stay at our house for a week, she came here at the 7th, then the next day or 9th (I dont fully remember) I have noticed she threw her used toilet paper to the bathroom bin (which we dont use at all, we just flush it). I am not fan of scat fetish or anything like that but I got really horny and started to rummage the bin and noticed one toilet paper with a shit stain on it, it was a fresh toilet paper it was still wet, I started masturbating while licking it and it touched my chapped lips too ( I have really dry lips all the time if that even considered an open wound). Then I cum while wrapping the used toilet paper around my penis.

I am not sure but I did this couple more times, I dont know if she was on her period but toilet papers didnt seem to have any blood but she probably wiped her vagina with those too. She left at 14th and that day I have noticed a really painful swollen lymph node on my right armpit, I didnt thought about HIV at all and after a few days later I got a weird bump right under my balls, (I didnt shave them for the last 2-3 weeks so it probably wasnt an ingrown hair) then after 4-5 days later the first lymph node healed and then I got one on my other armpit. For just one night I got chills and cold but where I live it was kind of hot, I didnt have that much of a fever but felt very weak, Around that time the bump near my balls healed. Then I got diarrhea for 3-4 days probably started at 23th and after it was over my stool was so solid that it couldnt got flushed, I had to push it with a Qtip. At the 26th I have noticed a really weird bump on my groin, It kinda looked like a ingrown hair but was different too, had a head and it was yellowish filled with pus, I popped it and it hurt a lot and after 2 days it healed. The last thing I have noticed was another swollen lymph node on my right armpit at 28th of April but I just dont feel okay, idk if its the stress but I feel kind of weak.

I have lot of acne on my back and face and a little on my chest for years so I cant say anything about those areas but I rarely get bumps on my genitals except I shave it. But I dont know if it is just stress or obsession but I have noticed 2-3 bumps on the places that I never get acne like side of my waist and a rash on my arm but like I said it just could be stressing it cus those were mild. I can't say anything about sweating either because it is really hot here right now and I sweat a lot normally. Right now 22 days after the possible contact I only have that swollen lymph node on my right armpit. I got so stressed that I couldnt sleep last night and I dont even leave home lately(probably for the last 2 months), if this is how I get HIV I could be the most unlucky person ever. I can't study for the last 2 weeks because of this. Thank you to everyone helping people here and I respect people with HIV a lot, I hope there will be a cure for this thing.

Hiya.

What you posted here was no HIV risk to you whatsoever, zero!

In brief, your adult HIV risks are:

* Sex; Condomless intercourse & a minute (theoretical) HIV risk if you give a blowjob.
* Sharing drugs rigs (Syringes)
* Blood products/ transfusions (Rare nowadays in most nations thanks to screening)

However, there are other far easier-to-infect infections you could pick up from some of the activities you mentioned in your post such as bacterial infections but also things like hepatitis A, but not HIV.

Talk to your healthcare provider if you continue to feel unwell, also talk to them about acne treatment. If it is severe they can give you antibiotics to help clear it up and, if it's available in your region consider getting vaccinated against HPV,  Hepatitis A & B.

Here's what you need to know to reduce your HIV risks:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse correctly and consistently, with no exceptions. Talk to your healthcare provider about PrEP as an additional layer of protection against HIV and getting vaccinated against HPV, Hepatitis A & B.

Keep in mind that some sexual practices described as safe in terms of acquiring HIV still pose a risk for other easier-acquired STIs. So please do get tested at least yearly for STIs, including but not limited to HIV, and more frequently if condomless intercourse occurs.

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms; testing is the only way to know.

Kind regards

Jim

Some tips on correct condom usage:

Use approved condoms and check for a certification mark (e.g. FDA, C.E., ISO or Kitemark) because the condom complies with safety standards. Check the expiry date and make sure the condom is still within date.

Use lubricant condom-safe water-based lubricants to make condoms more comfortable and reduce breakage risk. – but avoid oil-based lubricants as they can weaken or break condoms.

As for putting the condom on correctly:

Incorrectly done, the risk of breakage can increase. Place the condom on top of the erect penis and pinch the teat at the end of the condom before you start to roll it down the penis. By doing this, you'll squeeze out any air bubbles and ensure there is room for the semen (cum). Roll the condom down to the base of the penis.

If it's on correctly, it will roll downwards easily. If you've started putting it on the wrong way, take it off, and even if you or your partner has not ejaculated (cum), there can still be semen or (pre-cum), so it's important to try again with a new condom. (More to do with risks from other STI's/pregnancy than anything else)

Finally, never "test" the condom before or after intercourse. It's not needed at all and could damage the condom, as it's not designed as a reusable (re-stressed) product, and "testing" the condom could lead you to mistakenly think that the condom was damaged during sex when in fact, you caused the damage after the intercourse by trying to "test" it.

Instead, use condoms correctly and consistently. If they don't break during intercourse, there is no reason to stress or test for HIV outside of standard yearly screening.

Sorry to bother you again, where I live there are HIV test centers but I think they only test with the paper ones. Do they %100 work? Is 23 days enough for them to give acurate results? I am just paranoid about it because of my OCD.

The activities you posted here aren't an HIV risk to you, zero HIV risk and that's 100% already, not going to pretend otherwise.

Move on with your life.
