I just picked up the Jan/Feb '09 issue of POZ Magazine and the very first ad I came across was for Lexiva with a nice looking model sitting in a chair. In the fine print it states "Model used for illustrative purposes only" which in my mind translates to "model is not HIV+"

Hmmm......   I guess they must be trying to "illustrate" that it ain't that big of a deal.  Pretty soon there will be adds showing people riding off in the sunset looking for some bushes to screw behind.  Unless my treatment is failing I wouldn't even give these adds a second glance.  I know some may disagree with me, but in my opinion these adds are not directed towards us....  and yes I do think there is a subliminal message there for the taking and it sure ain't for us who know what this disease is about.

I despise the song Love is in the Air, you should too.
