This may soudn like a silly question. If somebody had ejaculated and you had ejaculated however you both had clothes on. Is it possible for transmission through the clothes.

No.

You can get HIV from unprotected penetrative anal and vaginal sex.

I submit that this forum can't be of much help to you, since you seem obsessed with non-risk situations and refuse to read and/or accept the LESSONS on transmission.

so the penis has to be inserted inside the body.
