OraQuick Testing Procedure Question... what in the world?

I just want to say I appreciate the time many members dedicate to this forum in order to help people assess their risks when it comes to HIV. I am sure I know what the answer is to my question but I just want some assurance and I figured this was the place to do so, so without further ado, here's what happened:

Last Friday I met a young lady. I decided to drive her to the beach but knowing I am deathly scared of having sex without a condom with a random woman, I didn't bring any so I wouldn't have sex with her period. Well, we both get in the back seat and after some intense kissing, fingering, and what not... she has her pants off (but thong on) and I have my boxers on. She sits on top of my lap and begins grinding on me. At one point, my penis became exposed through the hole in my boxers (she had a thong on the whole time). I know I didn't penetrate her and I didn't even feel any wetness/warmth and when I asked her a few days after our episode, she said all we did was rub on each other through our underwear. Hypothetically speaking, if I did some into contact with any kind of fluid, would I be at risk?

Also, when sucking on her breast, I tasted a bitter taste (I know it wasn't breast milk because she's not pregnant and the only time a woman can produce breast milk is after she has a child). What fluid is this and would it be a risk as well?

Only an infant is vulnerable to HIV if nursing from an HIV+ positive woman. There is no risk for an adult to be sucking a nipple.

And coming into contact with vaginal fluids is not a risk unless it occurs during actual unprotected penetration.

So you are worrying needlessly and there is no need for testing nor for further concern on your part.

So I got tested 3+ months (101 days) after exposure and the results were negative, yay right? Well I'm kind of doubting my result... not out of "should I have waited longer" (I know 3 months, 12 weeks is conclusive), it's how the test administrator performed the test. He asked if I wanted the finger prick or oral test, I asked for the finger prick. From the OraQuick website testing procedures, it says to collect the sample of blood and mix it with the solution in the vial (http://www.orasure.com/products-infectious/products-infectious-oraquick.asp)

What my test guy did was after he collected the blood, he tapped and smeared the blood on the testing device pad (the pad that you would insert in your mouth if you were doing it orally) and then inserted it into the vial... would the fact that he didn't mix the blood in the solution and did it how he did still make my test valid? I asked him and he said you can do it either way, but I've never seen it done how he did...

You don't have HIV and the lab tech done the test correctly. You don't mix the blood with the buffer solution. You apply the blood then rinse it with the buffer solution.

I'm not trying to drag this out but it clearly states on the package insert, website, and training video of the OraQuick test to "Collect Sample" and "Mix sample in buffer" then insert the testing device in the buffer, not smear the blood on the device and drop it in the buffer. It's clearly on the website under the "finger stick" section and please don't tell me that's not what the website doesn't say that because I'm looking at it right now as I type this.

You don't have hiv, by the way. Next time, have your girlfriend (and yourself) do the testing before you have unprotected intercourse, not after.
