Labs - So Close
« on: September 13, 2006, 02:43:33 pm »
CD 4 – 181 up from 137 in June
Percent – 12.9% up from 9.1% in June
Viral Load – undetectable again (going on 8 months)

YEAH FOR ME!

So close to 200 and so close to my last swallow of Mepron. If all continues to improve as they have been then I should be 200+ at my next appt in December. Doc said I need to be 200+ for a minimum of 3 months before she will consider stopping PCP prophylaxis. Maybe by March ;)

New contacts yesterday and I also got my new brace yesterday.

Damn it - Things are good.  ;D
HUGS
Jeff

Good for you Jeff.  My doc told me she wanted me above 200 for 6 months just to be safe.  I will tell you that 6 months did not come quick enough.  I know how hard it is to know you are so close to that last drink of that nasty stuff and just can not get there.  Hang in there.  It will come!

Hello Jeff, it is Eldon.

It is good news to hear that your CD4's as well as the percentage has increased. Congratulations. You deserve a Happy Dance also.

Keep up the good work, focus on your diet, exercise, drinking plenty of fluids, and of course, get your proper rest.

Have the BEST Day!
