Title: Study Finds Test And Treat Could Lead To More Drug Resistance

For those told by their docs to start sooner, I am curious how much conversation occurred about being adherent?  I've heard stories of patients seeing their docs once or twice, and handed a script for meds, without much discussion about the need to have strict adherence.
