Slide of open vagina over penishead - HIV risk?

I was visiting a massage parlor and the following happened:

Myself and the lady sexworker were fully naked. The lady massaged my penis which was fully erect. She was using massage oil. I was also fingering her vagina.

At one point I was lying on my back and she was sitting on top of me, back towards me, and she slid over me. My erect penis, foreskin down, so penishead exposed, was pointing to my belly and she slid over me with her 'open' vagina. My penis did not penetrate her vagina, but her vagina was sliding over the penis horizontally, where the penishead would have directly touched her open vagina (so the soft part between the lips) and any vaginal fluid there.

Once I realized what was happening I guided her away from this position, but she already had done it a few times. That means my penishead would have been in direct contact with the 'inner' part of her open vagina between the lips and the vaginal fluid there. There was no fucking/penetration; it was her sliding over the horizontal penis, penishead directly touching between the lips of the vagina and fluid there.

Am I at risk of having contracted HIV this way?

Read your post three times, there was no HIV risk, move on with your life.

Here's what you need to know to reduce your HIV risks:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse correctly and consistently, with no exceptions. Consider talking to your healthcare provider about PrEP as an additional layer of protection against HIV and get vaccinated against HPV, Hepatitis A & B.

Keep in mind that some sexual practices described as safe in terms of acquiring HIV still pose a risk for other easier-acquired STIs. So please do get tested at least yearly for STIs, including but not limited to HIV, and more frequently if condomless intercourse occurs.

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms; testing is the only way to know.

I have a follow-up question on this:

How about if the sliding of the vagina created a vacuum between penis head/tip and the fleshy parts in between the vaginal lips? Couldn't that create a corridor to transmission?

No, and no it would not.

Look a sex worker rubbed their vagina over your penis, frottage is very common and not how HIV is transmitted. To give you some idea the fluids you are worried about are not an HIV concern and in short, without penetration, there is no HIV risk, and whatever "what-ifs" you have will not change that, so move on with your life.
