As many of us still can't travel or opt not to travel, would there be an interest in setting up some virtual gatherings over the summer?

Suggestions are welcome.

I thought I could set up two meetings to better suit the different regions we come from. The frequency prehaps every two weeks or monthly, starting Friday the 15th of July or Saturday the 16th of July prehaps?

Thanks I'm along term guy looking for networking out of isolation. Doesn't have to be a big group just people to talk to.

Session 2, Saturday 16th of July, at 7 am PDT:

As a note, this would be in no way connected to POZ.com. Ill setup the meeting either in Google meet or Zoom and if you don't want to be identified in the meeting don't share your details or video.

i could make the 2nd session since that's 10a here.

At 10p for the first session, I'll be lying in bed reading from my tablet in the dark while my hubby snores beside me and our dog sleeps on the bench at the foot of the bed.

Meeting went well. 2nd session had greater attendance.

had greater attendance...since I spent half my time cussing my laptop out trying to get google meet to work. Thanks for switching to zoom. I think...i THINK...I THINK I might have fixed the problem. I think it was the disable html5 ext on chrome that caused it. When Larry got home, I "borrowed" his phone (sorry honey. you can look at more porn in a minute. LOL) and ran my own meeting and, ah voilà, it worked. With sound! With video!! with my earbuds!!!

Can't wait to give it a whirl and try again next time.

Fabio and I had great fun watching and hearing you trying to troubleshoot the issue.
