Here's two simple briefings:

Treatment training for advocates - TB and TB drug side effects and interactions

TB drugs can lower your red and white blood counts, so yes your CD4 count might drop.

Do not take RIFAMPICIN  with PIs or nevirapine.

H! everyone,CT SCAN OF THE CHEST WITHOUT AND WITH CONTRAST  ENHANCEMENT
HISTORY:FEVER WITH CHEST DISCONFORT.
TECHNIQUE:AXIAL CT SCAN OF THE CHEST WAS PERFORMED WITHOUT AND WITH CONTRAST ENHANCEMENT WITH SLICE THICKNESS AND INTERVAL 5MM.
FINDINGS:THE STUDY SHOWS NO ABNORMAL MASS OR INFILTRATION IN THE LUNG PARENCHYMA.NO MEDIASTINAL MASS OR LYMPH NODE ENLARGEMENT IS SEEN.MILD CARDIOMEGALY IS NOTED. NO PLEURAL EFFUSION OR THICKENING IS OBSERVED. A SMALL CYST ABOUT 1.5x1.2CM.IN THE UPPER POLE OF LEFT KIDNEY IS NOTED. GOOD CONTRAST EXCRETION FROM BOTH KIDNEY IS OBSERVED.THE VISUALIZED LIVER,SPLEEN, PANCREAS AND BOTH ADRENAL GLANDS APPEAR NORMAL.  IMPRESSION: MILD CARDIOMEGALY. NO ABNORMAL MASS IS NOTED. A SMALL CYST IN UPPER POLE OF LEFT KIDNEY.
SO AFTER THIS SCAN I WAS ORDER TO DO KIDNEY TEST WHICH COME OUT NOMAL.MY ID DOC SAID I SHOULD STOP THOSE TB MEDS BECAUSE THERE'S  NO SIGN OF LYMPH NODE ENLARGEMENT  BEEN SEEN,THAT I'VE TO MONITOR MY TEMPRESURE FOR AT LEAST A WEEK TO SEE WHAT'S THE CAUSE OF THE FEVER,BUT FROM LAST X-RAY MY SHOWS LIKEWISE BIG ,AND HE SAID MAYBE FROM THE MEDS I'M TAKEN CAUSES MY GI TO SUPLY TOO MUCH GAS TO MY HEART.BUT I LOSE UPTO 4KILLO ALREADY SINCE TWO WEEKS AND HALF NOW,PLS I NEED YOUR ADVICE (NEWT)
