poker, oh yeah!

So I played my first game of poker tonight after ten years. Two "tournaments," $10 buy-in, eight players. Duuuuudes, I was on fire. Won both sessions, over fours of play. Beginner's luck, no doubt; but perhaps also because I don't have a money-gambling bone in my body (both my brother and father are compulsive gamblers), and treat the whole thing as a bit of a joke.

Beer, nice chit-chat, a call from Milwaukee boy (guy I'd like to date) -- all in all, not too shabby a Friday evening.
