hi recently i mutually masturbated with a guy (status unknown).  he ejaculated on my penis and penis head. he then licked it around the head of my penis so im sure it got onto the uthera of my penis.  after this he masturbated me, whilst my penis was still covered in his semen.  ive read that the risk is very low from mutual masturbation unless the semen gets under the foreskin or on the uthera of the penis, which in this case it did. afterwards i washed it off.  Am i at risk, even slightly?

HIV is a very fragile virus. It is not transmitted in any of the ways you are concerned about from your recent incident.

The only confirmed ways of transmitting HIV sexually are through unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse. If you consistently use condoms for those activities you will be well protected against HIV.

As far as risk from semen under your foreskin, yes, that would be a risk during unprotected intercourse  and has time to be transmitted through the inner side of foreskin or the urethra. HIV if present would have been exposed during your incident and it was outside of the body.

As I said previously, HIV is a fragile virus. In the kind of masturbatory situation you have described it would not remain viable for transmission.
