Title: Sore on penis (hair follicle) and frontage (penis to penis/presemen)
Post by: writerchi on September 19, 2011, 06:25:07 pm
My story:

I am 25, gay. Never had anal sex, I stay very safe since I am so worried about HIV.

In the past few months I have had ten partners, ranging from oral sex to just mutual masturbation, frontage.

I feel I am at risk for a few reasons, even though I have never had anal sex and I always ask my partners their HIV status: Usually I do unprotected oral (sometimes) and mutual masturbation. And fingering.

One guy I was with was simulating penetrating me and his penis, for a second, touched my anus. It did not go in I do not think but it touched my butt cheeks/anus.

Another guy ejaculated and some shot into the corner of my eye. I wear contacts and it burned.

Also I had trimmed my pubic hair, leaving some red spots, and after  I engaged in mutual masturbation where I am sure I touched my partner's pressmen.

Am I at all at risk? Should I test for PCR in 2-3 weeks?

The only confirmed risks for the sexual transmission of HIV are unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse. As long as you consistently use condoms effectively for those activties you will be well protected.

Nothing else you are reporting would have put you at risk for HIV.

You do also need to know that other STDs are easier to acquire than HIV. We advise anyone who is sexually that at least once a year it's good to have a complete STD panel done to make sure you haven't picked something else up.

This time you are worrying needlessly about HIV.

So you believe I will test negative?

Of course you would test negative, you never had an exposure.

Seek professional mental help for your OCD. That is not anything that can be helped on the Internet.

Ann do you have more to add?

I am worried because I have diarrhea and a canker sore in my mouth, and sore throat- allergies?

I just feel I am at risk. I have had semen shoot in my eye, frottage (penis to penis) after I trimmed down there with redness, and a penis touching my anus for a second.

Reread the replies that you have been given.

None of those symptoms are HIV-specific. You are making a drama out of this when you did not have a risk. Period. And yes, I got all of the details you are fretting about. No risk. HIV is a fragile virus and is not transmitted in the ways you are concerned aobut.

Ann, any comments?

Thanks Andy and rod. Just trying to feel better, I am still scared.

One more question:

2 weeks after frontage from a guy against my anus with his penis, I am experiencing sore tongue, and feel a little under the weather.

Is this ARS?!??!

No one has been infected through frottage.

It is not a risk for HIV.

Currently I have swimmer's ear, sinus problems, a low grade fever and sore throat.

I am very worried, as I have had 5 sexual partners in the past month. Again, no anal sex, but oral and frontage.

Are you sure I am not at risk? IS THIS ARS?

None of those symptoms are in any way HIV-specific. Despite your HIV jitters mindset, no, those are not indications of ARS.

You keep asking the same question and we've told you what we think: NO RISK.

No matter what symptoms may turn up, that evaluation of your situation is not going to change.

Writer,

It's  F R O T T A G E,  not frontage. Frontage is something you discuss with a property agent.

Neither frottage nor  frontage are risks for hiv infection.

Hi all. Sometimes I get enlarged hair follicles on my penile shaft which turn into sores. They don't bleed or anything.

My partner and I engaged in oral, he sucked me, and I sucked him. We also rubbed our penises together.

Is this risky, in case his preseminal fluids touched the sore on my penis?

You have once again not had a risk for hiv infection. You've been told repeatedly that frottage - which includes rubbing two penises together - is not a risk. Not even with a sore hair follicle.

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.

To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED TO TEST SPECIFICALLY OVER ANYTHING YOU'VE BROUGHT TO US, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

Fears amd doubts are not facts. You've already been told several times that you are not at risk. That means there is no need for testing.

Also, I have once again merged your threads here. You've been told that the rule of the site is that you not start any new threads but write only in this one.

I'm also going to warn you that if you continue to return here about this non-risk situation you are going to find yourself getting a Time Out for 28 days from the site. HIV is not your problem. Period.

Consider yourself warned.

Thanks for your support.

I am getting tested in a few days- my last exposure was 8 days ago, which I wrote about. I ordered the PCR DNA test with antibody test. It was expensive, but I am hoping for a negative, which will make me feel OK again.

Please, pray for me. I am so scared about getting the results. I know that you say you cannot get HIV if you don't have anal or vaginal sex, but I still believe I am at risk from the number of partners I have had (14) the past few months.

You can have a thousand partners in a weekend and you will NOT get HIV if you use protection for anal and/or vaginal sex. HIV is not a punishment. It is a virus.

A virus for which you have not had a risk.

Writer,

DNA PCR tests are NOT approved for diagnostic purposes as they have a high rate of FALSE positive results. If you think prayer is going to make a difference, then I suggest you pray you don't get one of those.

You have not had a risk for hiv infection.

I'm giving you that time out you've been warned about. Do not attempt to create a new account to get around your time out because if you do, you will be permanently banned.
