Worried about what, I don’t know

I have been reading so many posts here and it gives me so relax but still need my risk
18 days back had condom protected intercourse with woman and no evidence condom slippage or broken, it was fully covered head of penis.
Because of so much Anxiety and I request her to test and she had taken Tridot test and it was Negative on 12 days.
I Have taken same test on 21 days after and it was negative however I didn’t see the syringe while drawing blood.
After 3 days since syringe incident had seen small itchy rash on leg and it was gone 3 to 4 days.
I am noticing painful lymph nodes neck and armpit and feeling week legs. White on tongue. No fever and no other symptoms till now   
Now one more worry that, if possible reuse syringe while drawing blood and get blood borne infections
Since this I am away from my wife because I don’t want to give any infections to her.
Shall I test one more time and what time?   
Anxiety killing me like anything
By the way it is in India and syringe reuses are happens more here.
please suggest.

You had no risk of HIV infection as a result of the incident you describe in your post because protected sex is not a risk for HIV infection.

You did not contract HIV from the syringe that drew your blood for the HIV test.  The HIV is fragile and would not survive in a "reused" syringe, even if the syringe had been "reused." 

Intravenous drug abuses who share syringes are at risk for HIV infection because of immediate blood backwash from the syringe.  Even if your syringe were "reused," presuming it had not been sterilized, any HIV would not have survived its exposure to oxygen.

Move on with your life.

It gives me bit relief.
I feel 1st intercourse indecent not much risk however Syringe incident makes me hell and sometimes feeling to die.
Last Friday have gone to testing clinic and enquirer with lab technician based on conversion I am feeling very slim chances reuse syringe possible. He says we never and ever reuse syringe.
But still I am worried and what is my next step and need to get out this incident. Help me
If you say go for any test I will do it but just help how to cope with this incident.
I am carrying so much weight called Anxiety, it is just killing me.

Look they did no re-use old needles for your blood test at the clinc or hospital.
It's just anxiety nothing more.

Move on and test at least yearly for STI's including HIV as routine.

Is that simple to say Anxiety? didn’t you see any risk in these incidents? if you’re in my place what will you do?
Will you go another test at any given time or just forgot this incident?
I am just burning with this.
Sorry in case you feel uncomfortable just think in my shoes and suggest what do you want me do now?

If I were in your shoes and was told twice you had no risk, I would be happy.
Your fears about the testing is irrational and you need to move on.
