Perhaps I went too far.
« on: April 17, 2007, 05:40:38 pm »
If you don't know what I'm talking about then you weren't there, and it would be pointless to go over all of it.

I am sorry to whomever I might have upset... stubborness is one of my more irritating qualities, and from time to time, it presents itself in extraordinarily bull-headed and juvenile ways.

Must work on that.

I've defended far more leaky vessels far more tenaciously... and someday I shall realize the futility of doing so.  But for now, the only thing I can do is apologize.

Chalk it up to a life lesson.  But I really am sorry for my part in all of it.

No one has to forgive me or talk to me or anything... but I'm not all bad all the time.

Benj,

You are the incredible person I thought you were when we first met.  I apologize for believing or stating otherwise.

I am very sorry for my viciousness in and out of public.  You are a better person and I thank you for not stooping to my level.  Unfortunately I lash out violently because it's all I know and as much as I regret after the fact damage has been done.   I cannot take back the spewed vitriol but remember hatefulness is the sign of a great flaw in the hater, not the victim.  Words are used unfairly and untruthfully in a sick effort to hurt the person on the receiving end in any way.

I am humbled and saddened by my words.

I should put this in a PM but need to publicly thank you and acknowledge your maturity and decency, as well as publicly apologize for words expressed in blind rage, words no one should have to endure, words which are false and ignoble.

Since I am just getting back online...my puter crashed....ugh...I have no clue to what is going on. I agree with what Auntie Doxie said....You were man enough to apologize and admit that you have flaws...We all do...Not sure if it was words tossed between you and Boo but I love you both. And you care about each other enough to move on....

Welcome back Queen.

Love,
The Bible contains 6 admonishments to homosexuals,
and 362 to heterosexuals.
This doesn't mean that God doesn't love heterosexuals,
It's just that they need more supervision.

Welcome back Queen.

Love,

I believe in stuff the average person wouldn't. Hey Moffie, good to see you again. And you are the first one to talk to me since I been back. Give that man, a prize! But what do you give the man that has everything, don't know why I think that but oh well. Thanks for the welcome....

I never considered that your posts made you bad, just incredibly insensitive.  But I have great respect for someone, who can reconsider their actions, accept responsibility and offer an apology.  If anything that says more about your character than any post you might make.  Thank you and I accept and so no harm, no foul.

I am about as clueless as they come to this thread.

There have been a couple of threads where you took the contrarian view but that's just life.  I admire you for being able articulately state a different side and for sticking to your opinion.  Everyone needs to understand that for some topics on this forum there are no right or wrong responses just ones where people don't agree (sometimes violently so).  We all just have to be respectful of one another and sometimes ignore the thread if it gets heated.

Right?

True friendship comes with patience and forgiveness.  Boo and benj know of what I speak.
LIFE is not a race to the grave with the intention of arriving safely
in a pretty and well-preserved body, but, rather to skid in broadside,
thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming--WOW! WHAT A

Huh?  What?  I thought friendship was about trying to get more out of someone than you give to them, the old bottom-line-stops-in-my-pocket paradigm set up years ago.

Patience are people waiting to see a doctor running 3 hours late (they're patient) and forgiveness is a method to extract something tangible and valuable from someone by instilling guilt over a real or imagined grievance against them.

I just received a PM from Benj letting me know his defamation of character and slander/libel, copyright infringement, and violation of the Smoot-Hawley Act by your linking my name to his has been drawn up in a petition to file a PI suit which, because of the serious national importance, will be fast-tracked through the judicial process.  Prepare to face staggering legal, medical, and tropical isle condo bills.
