Dear dr.
My English is not very well. Please forgive me.
  I can't hold myself,I make a mistake.I have sex with a prostitute

again.
Just several days ago,I had sex with a prostitute.Of course during

the sex I wear condom. After the sex I check the condom by blowing air

into it.The condom do not leak.So I thought the condom is not

broken.BUT I can't be sure if there is some little hole that my eyes

can't see in the condom.I am afraid that I must be get HIV from these

little hole.
During the sex the prostitute kissed my nipple,my left nipple was

red. And she touched my back of my body. There some body fluid on her

hands. My back have congestion, but not wounds. Also the prostitue give me

a hand jop.
I want to konw several questions followed, look forward to your answer

,Thanks very much.
1, I blow air into the condom, the condom does not leak, does that

mean this condom is complete? Can there be some hole that I can't see

make me get HIV?
2, The prostitute kissed my nipples, was this a risk?
3, the base of the penis and scrotum skin is red, but no

bleeding. Can I get HIV by the location of the skin touches the

prostitute's fluid? (Because during the sex,the prostitute secreted too

much fluid)
4, And after sex I took off the condom and clean my penis. When I

took off it my hands get some body fluid of the prostitute. My head of

penis must be get some fluid,Is this a risk?
5,There is some body fluid on the prostitute's hands. She touched my

back.My back have congestion, but not wounds or bleeding. Is this a risk?
7,You became a doctor for so many years, have you seen the one who

get hiv by the behavior as mine?
8,I found the condom covered 2/3 of my penis,is this a risk?
9, I touched her clitoris, there is no bleeding wouders on my fingers
,is this a risk?
10,Do you think I must get a HIV test?by when?

zx,,

You have not had a risk for hiv infection.

1, I blow air into the condom, the condom does not leak, does that mean this condom is complete? Can there be some hole that I can't see make me get HIV?

NO. A broken condom is very obvious. The idea of condoms having tiny holes is a myth.

2, The prostitute kissed my nipples, was this a risk?

NO. Kissing of any sort is NOT a risk for hiv infection. Not only is saliva not infectious, but it also contains over a dozen different proteins and enzymes that damage hiv and render it unable to infect.

3, the base of the penis and scrotum skin is red, but no bleeding. Can I get HIV by the location of the skin touches the prostitute's fluid? (Because during the sex,the prostitute secreted too much fluid)

NO. Hiv is a fragile, difficult to transmit virus that is primarily transmitted INSIDE the human body as in unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse where the virus never leaves the confines of the two bodies.

Once outside the body, small changes in temperature, and pH and moisture levels all quickly damage the virus and render it unable to infect. The sex worker's fluids were OUTSIDE of her body and would no longer be infectious. Your skin is an excellent barrier against hiv even if it's red.

4, And after sex I took off the condom and clean my penis. When I took off it my hands get some body fluid of the prostitute. My head of penis must be get some fluid,Is this a risk?

NO. See answer #3.

5,There is some body fluid on the prostitute's hands. She touched my back.My back have congestion, but not wounds or bleeding. Is this a risk?

NO. See answer #3

7,You became a doctor for so many years, have you seen the one who get hiv by the behavior as mine?

What happened to #6?

We are NOT doctors. We are hiv educators. And no, we've NEVER seen someone become infected with hiv through any of the activities you participated in.

8,I found the condom covered 2/3 of my penis,is this a risk?

NO. What is important is that the head of your penis is covered. Hiv cannot be transmitted through the skin on your penis. It is transmitted through the urethra (where you pee from) at the tip of the penis.

9, I touched her clitoris, there is no bleeding wouders on my fingers, is this a risk?

NO. Fingering of any kind is NOT a risk.

10,Do you think I must get a HIV test?by when?

NO. You do not need to test specifically over this incident.

You have NOT had a risk and you do NOT need to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!!!

Dear Dr.
The day before yesterday, I met a very hot girl in the bar.We talked very pleasantly. After that, we went to the hotel. She put on me a condom and we made love.About ten minutes later, she took the condom off and gave me oral sex. After ten minutes, I ejaculated in her mouth. But today I found that she is a prostitute. At the same time, I found that I had balanitis by sex. I am very afraid now.I'm afraid I will get HIV.What should i do?

Medical doctors are not the providers of medical information on POZ forums.  Rather, forum information is provided by forum members who are HIV positive.  They are not doctors, nor do they pretend to be.

Protected vaginal or anal sex is not a risk for HIV infection.  It is virtually impossible to have contracted the HIV from the type of unprotected oral sex in which you engaged and there are no documented cases of contracting the HIV from receiving a blow job.  However, other STD's/STI's can be contracted from receiving unprotected oral sex.
