Im not sure as to what you mean by understand it.  It can be caused by several things including stress or frequent touching.  You should have it looked at by a Dr. for a more definitive answer.  We do not try and diagnose symptoms on here.

Good luck.

I know what you mean i was going on about the same thing. Go to a Dr. I thought I had them, and turns out I'm not a Dr and I didn't! Try not to stress out too much, like AC says and just go to a Dr. If it persists in bugging you.

Go to a doctor.  And just to anticipate future posting:  if he/she finds out you have a swollen lymph node, it is NOT a kind of thing specific to HIV.

Some things to know:

Swollen lymph nodes are not an HIV-specific event.

The lack of swollen lymph nodes should not be interpreted to equate with being HIV negative.

Only an HIV test taken at the appropriate time will tell your HIV status accurately.

Lymph nodes are nothing to feel, squeeze, push and otherwise bother. Doing that can create a problem with them where none exists.

If you think you have swollen lymph nodes discuss it with your doctor.

Cheers,
Andy Velez
