Deep kissing and blood

Hello guys, Im Seba, I'm positive in ART for 2 years, undetectable for 20 months, with CD4 in 1324 in my last control (December / 2018), I recently kissed a guy and it was a deep kiss, I made myself a wound on my lip and blood came out in moderate amount, I tested the blood and my partner also, we do not continue kissing, I do not know if he has lesions in the mouth or bleeding gums, is there any risk of my partner getting infected ?. This is really stressful.

I moved your post to this section, as its a prevention question, and answers are open in the "how do I prevent" only from seasoned forum members and the mod team.

Look this is a common enough question in HIV prevention, however your fears are misplaced, you are not going to infect anyone with kissing, hugging, holding hands, sharing meals etc etc and some blood whilst kissing does not change that, in addition to the barriers already in play you are on treatment.

Relax, no risk and no reason to stress at all!
