Assess the risk please
« on: August 10, 2023, 08:49:45 am »
Hi all,

I had encountered mutual masturbation & deep kiss (tongue with tongue) on 31st July 2023 with a Thai Girl Model (HIV status unknown).
Please help to assess the risk for below situations:

1. I know deep kissing is not a risk. However I had a small sore at the bottom mouth gum hit by a book (2 days before 31st July). I also had a tooth decay at the upper mouth which lead to gum boil (always generate bacteria pus and burst from time to time) for almost 2 years. I would said this is consider open wound or not a healthy gum. During tongue to tongue kissing, I didn't taste any blood from the girl. However assuming there is little blood from her has entered my mouth which I didn't noticed and came into contact with my mouth bad gum location, am I really not at risk for HIV?

2. We are also having mutual masturbation. She masturbate herself with a dildo until she cum. After that she removed the dildo with her hand and grab the dildo body that had been inserted in her vagina which filled with vaginal fluid (probably consist of cervic fluid?) . After she placed the dildo on the bed she straight using the same hand which full of vaginal fluid and give me a handjob until I cum on my own hand. Am I at risk under this situation? I have uncircumcised penis. Will the handjob cause tiny micro tear of my foreskin and the vaginal fluid enter the bloodstream from the uncircumcised foreskin or from urethra an put me at risk of getting HIV?

3. After 1st round, I wash my hand and penis with tap water. Then we continue 2nd round of mutual masturbation. Again she fingered herself and use that same hand and gave me second round of handjob with vaginal fluid. Am i at risk again for HIV?

I had read through the forum here and quite relieve with much of the answer but I would still like to listen from the expert on my situation and risk assessment. Because it is sometimes a bit confusing and frustrating for me when I see other websites given the answer where hand with vaginal fluid touching uncircumcised penis or giving handjob will put you at risk if there is micro tear on the skin or under the uncircumcised skin.
Please do enlightened me whether my above 3 situations put me at any risk for HIV?
I will go for HIV and STD test on the 3rd week but do I really need to test for HIV? Am I safe from HIV?
Please help to explain to me o my situations.
Thanks a lot guys.

HIV is transmitted through unprotected vaginal/anal sex or sharing injection needles. You clearly didn't do any of that, so there was no risk of HIV transmission. Also saliva contains a dozens of protein and enzymes that damage the virus; and outside of the body, changes in temperature, pH, and moisture levels damage the outer receptors of HIV rendering it unable to infect.

Have a great day,
Michael

Reducing Your HIV risks:
With no exceptions, use condoms correctly and consistently for anal or vaginal intercourse
Talk to a healthcare provider about PrEP as another layer of protection

Get tested yearly for HIV and other STIs.
If you don’t use condoms and/or PrEP, test more frequently

Some sexual practices described as safe in terms of acquiring HIV still pose a risk for other more easily acquired STIs. It is possible to show no signs or symptoms from an STI so testing is the only way to know.

Get tested at least yearly for STIs, including but not limited to HIV, and more frequently if condomless intercourse occurs.

What’s the ONLY way to know if you’ve been infected by HIV or an STI?
Get tested.

Hi Michael,

Thanks for the response. Glad to hear the clarification. So does this means regardless all my 3 conditions whether there is little blood transferred into my mouth or whether plenty of vaginal fluid on the girl hand and handjob my penis will post zero risk for HIV transmission to me. Am i right?
Thanks.

Hi Michael,

Thanks again for the reply. And before I stopped here, I forgot to add in another detail that I noticed some red sort of tear at the bottom tip of the urethra as well after completed the handjob. So the moment of handjob with the vaginal fluid passing through this minor reddish tear at the tip of the urethra also post no risk of HIV to me right??
is this also due to the fact it is deem to be none infection once vaginal fluid exposed to air?
So this little tear / cut on the tip of urethra handjob with the contact of plenty vaginal fluid (which has been using the same hand that touched the cum dildo and fingering before performing the handjob) also post zero risk?
Thanks.

Besides the exposure to air and the temperature change destroying HIV, blood in your body actually flows outward with wounds, even small wounds, as the way the body works to prevent incoming bacteria, debris, etc from entering.

You're probably overthinking the situation at this point. Quit imagining all sorts of "small amounts of blood". Unless someone's wound was literally gushing blood into your wounds that were gushing blood (and that wasn't your situation), then you didn't have a risk for HIV.

Have a great day,
Michael
