I got mine last week; it was all but painless.  A lady I work with is one of those hardcore non-flu shot people.  She has the flu.  Go figure.

I don't have to get mine until next May/June, I'm skipping through my spring flowers at the moment with summer not far away... ;)..but all you guys who don't live "Down Under" get your Flu Jab's and keep yourselves safe.

I got mine the 7th of october at the medical service of my company. It was the first day they started giving it and they will be doing so for one month from 10.30 am to 14.30. This is the first time I get at at my workplace.

I just scheduled mine today for next month, along with the second hep A shot and a review of my lastest labwork.  I really need to see that white blood cell count improve.   :-\

Hello Jerry,

I was supposed to receive mine this coming Wednesday at work.Two weeks ago, I moved my doctor's appointment up to this morning( Monday) at 9:15am. So, instead, I recieved it in my doctors office earlier today, right after my bloodwork, and all is well....

Current Meds ; Viramune / Epzicom Eliquis, Diltiazem. Pravastatin 80mg, Ezetimibe. UPDATED 2/18/24
 Tested positive in 1985,.. In October of 2003, My t-cell count was 16, Viral load was over 500,000, Percentage at that time was 5%. I started on  HAART on October 24th, 2003.

 UPDATED: As of April, 2nd 2024,Viral load Undetectable.
CD 4 @593 /  CD4 % @ 18 %

Lymphocytes,total-3305 (within range)

cd4/cd8 ratio -0.31

cd8 %-57
