So I am hiv+ and in February 2020 I wes undetectable for my second year but recently when I started to dating my boyfriend in February after I know that I’m undetectable I started to have Unprotected sex with him but recently I had to stop taking stripild medication for three days and then accidentally we had unprotected sex he is the ( top )

I am just not sleeping the night and the day of the fear that my viral load went up when I stop the pills for the three days I transmit it to him
when We had unprotected sex
Because a week ago he had a fever and diarrhea and I am freaking
