my brother is doing something I dont like but hes hiking 7 different moutains to donate money to needy families and research for finding a cure for aids so far hes climbed mt rainer mt baker mt adams
my brother was devasted when he find out about me and my wife and he wants to do everything he can to help.
His goal is to climb mt denali next year and he just did the swim to alcatraz I know its for the good but I worry about all the deaths I hear about climbers. Theres lots of people out there who are helping otheres in need.
My wife going to college right now to become a pharmacist and her goal is to do research in medcine, my dreams were banashed earlier this year now that I am feeling better. I can start panning a new course of action in my life.

Obviously your brother must care about you to want to make such a great effort. How much conversation have you guys had about what he's doing? Is there some other way you would rather see him making an effort in relation to HIV/AIDS? While I think it's legit to make your feelings and wishes known, you also have to respect that he's an adult and entitled to make his own decisions.
It's good to hear you're feeling better and now beginning to make new plans for yourself. Make sure he knows that and maybe you can welcome his suggestions/support about that.
Seems to me more conversation is needed between you guys.
