first, YEAH for the B'day thread! :D and Yeah! to Mitch :D for being part of group of peeps who have kept these b'day threads going for years. Having been in the hospital too many times on my birthday, and having teh aids, I am very appreciative of being able to mark another year of life lived successfully, and the beginning of another year before me to enjoy life. Going through those sad, terrible years in the 80s and 90s marking the deaths of my friends, I much more enjoy these threads celebrating the continuing lives of my friends.  ;)


so having said all that, Happy Birthday to all you December kids!

We just got back from a great dinner @ Cody's Roadhouse Grill, and had a fantastic steak.


Good news, I am off for the rest of the week ( using some of my remaining  PTO time ) and won't have to go back to work until Sunday night ! And the weathers looking great for the rest of the week !   ;D   Just going to take it easy tonight.

 Tested positive in 1985,.. In October of 2003, My t-cell count was 16, Viral load was over 500,000, Percentage at that time was 5%. I started on  HAART on October 24th, 2003.

 UPDATED: As of April, 2nd 2024,Viral load Undetectable.
CD 4 @593 /  CD4 % @ 18 %

Lymphocytes,total-3305 (within range)

cd4/cd8 ratio -0.31

cd8 %-57

72 YEARS YOUNG
