Shouldn't this be in the "Am I Infected With West Nile" section?... ;D

We have local cases of it here every year.  Not much to worry about even if bit by one misquoto that has it.

I dunno, hon.  I think at a certain point - like if I ended up with AIDS and WNV - I might just consider it my time to go.  In the meantime, I'd rather just focus more on the living than the dying.

AIDS isn't for sissies.

;D  There was actually a time when people believed that mosquitos could transmit HIV.  Can you imagine how the AM I section would read?

There are still people who think that. They sometimes appear in Am I.
"Many people, especially in the gay community, turn to oral sex as a safer alternative in the age of AIDS. And with HIV rates rising, people need to remember that oral sex is safer sex. It's a reasonable alternative."

Oh my.  Kudos to all of you that have to put up with that.  I would never have the patience.  My personality would dictate that I tell them there a real chance they got infected and needed to immediate test and then test every week for a year.  Guess I'll never be given permission to post there. :o
